Planning

Having close relationships with local Borough Councils ensures that our architectural team are able to maximise the potential of the site and achieve planning for your bespoke home smoothly and efficiently. We deal entirely with the planners, building control officers and the myriad of other public bodies needed to ensure the appropriate approvals. We then, for your protection, produce a 10 year guarantee.

Finance

Budgeting is of course one of the most important criteria; it is essential to obtain a full understanding of construction costings, associated land values and accurate timescales. On many occasions, we are asked to assist in funding arrangements due to our strong connections with leading banks and are often able to procure the finance when required.

Design and Build Services

Our fully project managed, ‘turn-key’ package has been created to help our clients build their dream home incorporating the latest design principles, built with meticulous attention to detail and a guaranteed completion date. Our hands on approach allows our clients to enjoy complete peace of mind throughout the process, in the knowledge that Stonehaven will strive to ensure each client fulfils their aspirations.

Interior Design

Included in every Stonehaven Design & Build contract is an extendable service giving the client access to all the facilities of our in-house interior design team. Our team is well versed in current and future design trends through research and frequent visits to widely renowned UK and European Design Shows. This enables us to keep fully appraised of the vast and complex range of fixtures, fittings, new products and specialist furnishings, whilst regular client meetings keep you up to date.

After Sales

We pride ourselves on our Customer Care Service, we respond to 'snagging' efficiently and recognise that our work does not end when a client moves into their new home. Our experienced Project Managers are able to quickly respond to any queries a client may have. Our aim is that each new home is completed to the highest standards.
